Angus beef and 100% New Zealand Kikos
No steroids, antibiotics, or added hormones
We never use steroids, antibiotics, or added hormones on our feeder calves. The beef we sell our customers is the same as what we feed our family. Try some of our beef, and I promise you will taste the difference. Our cattle are pasture raised and grain finished. We sell 1/4s, 1/2s, and whole calves. All meat is processed to your specifications and vacuum sealed ready for your freezer. We are typically booked up 6-12 months in advance. Call or message us on Facebook to make your reservations.
100% New Zealands
Im constantly thinking about making our farm more efficent. I had read some articles about multi-species grazing and its benefits. Multi-species grazing improves pasture utilization, increases pasture quality, and decreases the need for herbicides for weed and brush control.
After lots of research, we decided on the Kiko goat. The Kiko goat seemed to be the best fit to add to our operation. We have traveled literally thousands of miles visiting different farms looking for the right genetics. Some worked out, some didn't. The weak won't make it here and we don't make excuses for them just because of their pedigree. Low maintenance and hands off are a must. We are not a "hobby farm" raising pets for fun. We work full time jobs off the farm and simply do not have the time to coddle them. They have to pull their own weight just like our cattle.
Our main objective is to produce breeding stock that...
*Raise fast growing kids that grade well at market
*Parasite resistant
*Excellent maternal instincts, raising kids without human intervention.
*Good bags
*Good feet
*Docile (no need for fence jumping idiots)
*Tested/disease free (we blood test for cl, cae, and Johne's before allowing new goats into our herd).
*Maintain a healthy weight without the need for excessive inputs.
If you're looking for quality Kiko breeding stock, call or send us a message.
