Specializing in Angus beef and 100% New Zealand Kikos
My name is Taylor Hendley, married to my wife Kayla and we have two amazing little girls Harper and Hattie. We live in Benton, Kentucky and just enjoy farming and being able to provide delicious and healthy food for our friends and family. We strive to raise top shelf Angus beef and 100% New Zealand Kikos.
No steroids, antibiotics, or added hormones ever.
We never use steroids, antibiotics, or added hormones to our feeder calves. The beef we sell our customers is the same as what we feed our family. We dont want all that added junk they put in your beef at the market. Try some of our beef, and I promise you will taste the difference. We have repeat customers every year because they love the quality beef and customer service we provide. Our cattle are pasture raised and grain finnished. We sell 1/4s, 1/2s, and whole calves. All meat is processed to your specifications and vaccum sealed ready for your freezer. Call or message us on Facebook to make your reservations.
Our 100% New Zealands
We were constantly having to spray, bush hog, clean up brush, and fence rows and thought there has got to be an easier way to keep our farm cleaned up! I had read some articles about multi-species grazing. Multi-species grazing improves pasture utilization, increases pasture quality, and decreases the need for herbicides for weed and brush control. When picking out another species to run with our cattle we wanted the hardiest, lowest maintenance, best mothering traits, highest parasite resistance, and most efficient meat producers out there. After lots of research, we decided on the Kiko goat. The Kiko goat had everything we wanted. After deciding on the best species, we knew we wanted the best genetics. We have traveled literally thousands of miles visiting many different farms looking for the right genetics meeting some really great people along the way. We have top notch genetics to start our New Zealand herd and should have our first kids out of our New Zealands in November. We also have a commercial herd if your looking to go a less expensive route. If multi-species grazing is something your interested in or just want some hardy, low maintenance livestock to clean up your property, call or send us a message!
