100% local Angus Beef

All our cattle are born and raised here on our farms in Marshall county. Cattle are pasture raised, grass fed, and grain finnished for maximum flavor and quality. We never give our cattle to be processed any added hormones or antibiotics. All beef will be vacuum sealed and processed to your specifications. Offering whole, half, and quarter shares. I will deliver to processor and you will be responsible for picking up your order when ready.

Please put your order in plenty ahead of time due to processing dates needing to be reserved in advance.

Pricing

Pricing is determined by rail weight. Price per pound is $3. Rail weight is determined on the date of processing. Processing cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Total cost will be (rail weight x $3) + processing fee = total

Rail weights and portions

Rail weights will vary. These weights are approximate and based off of past rail weights.
  • Whole beef- 750lbs rail weight
  • Half beef- 375lbs rail weight
  • Quarter beef- 188lbs rail weight

How the process works:

  1. You tell us how much you want (whole, half, or quarter).
  2. We put you down for a Processing date and send you a processing sheet.
  3. You fill out the processing sheet and send it back to us. (This sheet tells the processor how you want your meat packaged, thickness of cuts, and what cuts you do or do not want).
  4. You are notified when your meat is ready for pick up. You pay us the $3/lb for the calf.
  5. You pick up your meat from the processor and pay the processing fee unless other arrangements are made.
We strive to please all of our customers and make the process as simple as possible. If you have any questions, feel free to send a text or give us a call @ (270)-703-7361.
